Hi! We're Alison and Bryan, also known as VLD Events. We are a husband and wife team and dedicated event planning and design studio producing one of a kind celebrations in Santa Barbara, Metro Detroit, and beyond. Together, we've planned 175 events in destinations as far away as France, and are especially known for helping you:

Our approach? Quality vs. quantity. We aren't the company that does a thousand events, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Each event we plan and design is an opportunity for us to create a special experience just for you, and as a result no two events will ever be alike. From tenting, lighting, draping, flooring, print material, floral, accommodations, entertainment, transportation, photography, permits, and so much more, we'll help you streamline the entire process and connect all moving parts. With 20 years of combined experience in both aesthetics and logistics, we are your event planners, designers and coordinators in one.
